Forms of Participation

Congress languages: Russian and English

Please indicate a preferred form of your participation in the Congress (oral presentation or abstract publication) and a chosen session. Plenary and session talks are selected by the Organizing Committee.

  1. Oral Presentation shall be 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion.

Presentations must be prepared in PowerPoint and submitted for demonstration at the session.

Deadline: November 1st, 2017.

Submissions are only accepted as MS Word (*.doc) file

Publications are free of charge

Submissions should meet the following requirements.

Abstract heading:  the abstract title, authors, institutional affiliation, and contact details of the authors should be centered; authors should be numbered in accordance with their institution numbering. Presenting/corresponding author’s contact details should include institutional postal address with postal index, email address, phone, fax. Presenting/corresponding author’s name and his/her contact details are indicated by asterisk. If the author(s) wish to skip the contact details, it should be indicated as a special note. Please use 1,5 line spacing for the title and author(s) name(s) and single line spacing for author(s) affiliation and contact details.

Abstract format: The size of abstract may be up to two full A4 pages. The abstract should be divided into following sections: Introduction, Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusion. The section titles are printed in bold italics. Each section is started with the new line and five letters spacing. Both top margin and bottom margin are set to 2.5 cm, left and right margins are set to 3.0 cm. Use please Calibri font, 12 pt, 1,5 line spacing. The text should be left justified without hyphenating words at line breaks. Abbreviations should be defined in the text at first use.

References are numbered in the order of their appearance in the text. The numbers of references are indicated in square brackets: [1-4, 7-9].
